After the highly publicized CPJE cheating scandal, the California Board of Pharmacy has announced to pharmacist applicants taking the California Practice Standards and Jurisprudence Exam (CPJE) on December 19, 20 or 21, 2019, that test takers must present two (2) different forms of identification at the testing site to be allowed to take the exam.
At least one ID must contain a photo–photocopies, temporary IDs, expired IDs, etc. will not be accepted. Also important to note is that applicant names on both IDs must be identical–letter for letter–to the applicant’s full legal name of record with the Board of Pharmacy or the applicant may not be allowed to take the CPJE.
Applicants MUST present 2 different types of IDs from this list:
- US State, Commonwealth or territory-issued driver’s license or ID card
- US government-issued passport
- US military ID
- National ID card
